Prenatal Yoga Challenge
I successfully completed my two-week prenatal yoga challenge on Mon. It was a fun 14 classes in 14 days. When I told my mom about it, she wanted me to snap some pictures. So today after class, I had my friend Sula take these pictures. Not bad for a gal that is only five days from her due date, eh! I'm still rockin' triangle pose, half moon, reverse warrior, and lots of squats.
Some of the other girls in class keep telling me that I am such an inspiration, but I tell them that they are on the right track. I think once you stop exercising, it's impossible to get back to it. You have to make it part of your lifestyle. Because when you're tired and your body is going through all these changes, it is very easy to just quit. But it is soooo worth it to keep moving. It's good for the mind and the body!
